Steven Baldoni joined Rh salon with 20 years of experience in the hair industry.

He started his career in Paris at the age of 14, after which he found his way to New York City at the age of 19, where he immediately started building his loyal clientele.

In 2017 he moved back to Paris, this time to work for Balmain hair salon located on the famous Champs Élysée, where he improved many of his skills by working with celebrity clients such as super model Natalia Vodianova, Cindy Bruna and Izabel Goulard as well as famous influencers from around the world.

He decided to move back to the US in 2019 and this time calling Florida his new home and to bring all he had learned in New York and Paris.

Steven is specialized in foiling highlights, balayage and haircuts. “To me hair is not about a tendency or a trend, it’s about someone’s personality and attitude, so you can rock a mullet if you have the personality and attitude for it!
