In order to respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. New clients arriving more than 30 minutes late will forfeit the original appointment and be imposed with $50 from their deposit.
We understand that emergencies can happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, we simply ask that you notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling at least 48 hours before to the appointment. Cancellations that break these rules will cause the deposit fee to be charged accordingly.
For any no show for a scheduled appointment, the deposit fee will be charged to the credit card on file.
We are happy to return any retail products you purchased within 7 days of the original purchase. no open box or used product will be returned. No cash value is given and an in Salon credit will be issued.
All services are non-refundable however we'll be more than happy to reschedule a corrective service free of charge. You have 48 hours to contact us at Hello@rhaventura.com to receive a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction. Corrective services will not be allowed 7 days past initial service date. It is important you contact the Salon as soon as you are unhappy so we can schedule you As Soon As Possible for a corrective service. *Please keep in mind, going from Darker to Lighter tones may result in more than one service to achieve your desired result.
Hair Color Policy
RH AVENTURA SALON provides complete guarantee on all color services within 7 days of the appointment. If you are not pleased with the color, you have a time frame of 7 days to allow us to ensure that you are satisfied with the results. A redo must be validated by management. RH AVENTURA SALON is not liable for any color service completed outside of our salon. Color services require at home care to maintain your color. Your stylist will personally recommend you the best products to preserve the integrity of your hair. All sales are final and we do not offer refunds. RH AVENTURA SALON aims to fulfill our client’s wishes with unconditional devotion, professionalism, and respect.

Color Application Policy
Thank you for choosing RH AVENTURA SALON. Our salon has color robes readily available to protect your clothing. We strongly encourage you to remove any garments or accessories that are exposed before color application begins. RH is not responsible for any lost or damaged clothing during the service.
